long will it be before my virtual tour is completed?
We will typically have the tour online within a few
days.
How does
someone locate my virtual tour online?
Your virtual tour can be uploaded to your own website.
Or, we can send you a link and the tour can be hosted on our server at no
cost.
Do I need to have my own
website?
No, we can host the tour on our server as well as upload it to sites
such as Realtor.com
Does
it cost extra to have the tour on Realtor.com?
Yes, there is a charge of $35 to upload the tour to Realtor.com.
Can
virtual tours be emailed or handed out on a CD-ROM?
Yes, virtual tours can be emailed as an attachment or can be put on a
CD-ROM.
Questions regarding the day of the
shoot:
How
long does it take for the photographer to shoot the virtual tour?
It will take about 45 minutes to an hour to shoot a virtual tour of 5
scenes. Please have the property ready for photographing at the time
of the appointment.
Do
I have to be present when the photographer is shooting my 360 virtual
tour?
You are busy and your time is very important. You don't
have to be present during the shooting of your virtual tour, provided you
have made prior arrangements for the photographer to have access to the
property.
Can
I decide which interior and exterior shots I want?
Yes, of course. You may choose any scenes or rooms to be
represented in the virtual tour of each property. Exterior
shots are weather permitting.
What
Is Needed To Prepare The Property for the Photographer?
The property should be picked up and clean, as it should be for any
showing. Any room preparations you want needs to be completed before the
appointment time.
Are there any cancellation
fees?
There is no charge if an appointment is cancelled more than 24 hours in
advance. If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours, a $30.00
cancellation fee will apply.
How
do I address security issues with a private property location?
License plates, street numbers and names, and identifying signs are can
be erased from a scene during the processing stage to ensure
anonymity. Moreover, at your request, personal effects (photographs,
paintings, etc.) can be "edited out" to further protect the
privacy of the home seller.
